As from the 1st of July 2011 a general smoking ban is in force in Hotel Glenmore (following the decision of the Constitutional Court of Belgium).

GENERAL TERMS

Pets:
- Small pets are allowed in the hotel against a supplement.
- Pets are never allowed in the restaurant.

Arrival and departure:
- On the day of arrival your room is available from 14.00 h.
- On the day of departure we kindly request to vacate the room at 11.00 h.
- Please always keep your room tidy. We request that you use energy responsibly. This should allow us to offer competitive rates in the future as well.

Reservation and cancellation:
- Your reservation is firm after we received a deposit or a credit card garantie.
- On cancellation 48 h (2 days) before arrival no fees will be charged. During high season (holidays and bank holiday weekends) the free cancellation period is 120 h (5days) before arrival.
- Cancellation within 48 or 120 hours : the first night will be charged.
- No-show or early departure : the full reservation will be charged.

Defects:
- We make every effort to ensure that you have a pleasant stay. We can, however, not be held responsible for temporary and unforeseen defects to equipment and/or furniture. In this case we try to repair the defects as soon as possible. Defects can not be subject of price reductions.

- The buffet breakfast is served from 08.00 untill 10.00 am. If you want an early breakfast, please ask reception.
- Dinner is served at 19.00 h. Please come in time in respect of our staff.
